Add an employee

Free

Click "+ Add Employee" on your dashboard. Enter their name, role, and department. That's it — you're done with step 1.

💡 Tip

You can add as many employees as you want on the free tier. Add your whole team before review season.

Drop notes throughout the year

Free

Hit "+ Note" on any employee card whenever something happens — an achievement, a project completion, a bit of feedback. These notes become the raw material for the AI interview.

💡 Tip

Even 3–4 notes makes a huge difference. You don't need a novel — a single sentence per incident is plenty.

Start the AI interview

Pro

Click "✨ Interview" on the employee card. The AI asks you 10–15 questions about their performance — answer naturally, like you're talking to a colleague. No bullet points required.

What to expect

Upload context (optional)

Past reviews or a job description give the AI more to work with.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Add unlimited employees, drop notes all year, view past reviews.
Pro ($15/mo): AI interview engine, review generation, document upload. Everything that actually writes the review.
How long does a review actually take?
The AI interview takes 10–15 minutes. Review generation takes about 30 seconds. If you've already been dropping notes throughout the year, the interview goes faster because the AI has more context to ask targeted questions.
Does it sound like a robot wrote it?
It's designed to sound like you. The interview pulls out specific examples and observations you actually said — the AI structures and polishes them, not invents them. You'll still want to read and tweak it, but it won't read like a generic template.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard anytime. Your data stays, you drop back to Free tier. No hidden fees, no cancellation penalties.
